I just realised that there was a slight change in the text related to
job responsibilities as described in the Updated Employment Letter (As
part of RFE requested by VSC) versus the one in the Labor Certification.

Instead of "Network Management System" (as written in the Labor Cert.) the
Employment Letter says "Configure Network Switches". Rest everything is
same (Including Job Title, Technologies Used etc.)

VSC received the letter on 30th April...(as per AVM)...

What will happen now? did anyone go through a similar experience???

I don\'t think INS will split hair with terminology. My labor certification approval said "Management Analyst" and I-140 & I-485 had "Business Analyst". No one has pointed out to me this to be a problem.

Please,

don\'t fret over what\'s not a threat,
but just brood over when you will be approved,
because at this stage you will only get a approval message.... and
remember us as a GC member as we shall exist until INS delays persist..

actually I had similar Question in mind. thanks for detailed answers guys, ip.com is the coolest thing in the GC process as somebody here put it.
