brother-American nationality has done immigration papers relatives I130 in 2001 and now approved. but while that I was unmarried but now i married. Is there a problem in previous papers?

don't know who it would deal with your spouse, but i think you are okay since the category is brother/sister. not like unmarried/married child of citizen/resident where it does make a difference.
