Important question about I-485 approval notice???

Hi All,

Do I get a copy (Original or Courtesy) of I-485 approval notice?
I have joined my new job using 180 day rule?. I don\'t know whether
INS will send a copy to the beneficiary?. If not, i need to make
alternative arrangement to get the copy from my previous employer.

Any thoughts / feedback on this?.

Incidentally I have been waiting for my approval notice since Apr-2001 (that\'s when i did my FP) and my ND is 09/2000.

My lawyer told me that you can pp stamp by showing either one of the copy.
