I have a question about the 10 FP that is done the 2nd time after the 1st expires after 15 months. My wife and I did the 1st one in July 2004, and the 2nd one on 4/20/2006. For the 1st FP the results were sent on same day by FBI to USCIS (which I found out after I called FBI). However, I called FBI today to check if they sent the results to USCIS or not - and found out that they did not receive any FP from USCIS; all the info. they have is about our 2004 FP's.
Please correct me if I am wrong in assuming this (it may well be a stupid assumption) - are the second FP's also sent to FBI or they just remain as current FP's on USCIS file before they can adjudicate a case? And is that the reason why FBI has no knowledge about our 2nd time FP's
