Hi All,
I received 2 emails of my case approval on 11/09/04 and
"This case has been approved. On November 8, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
Today my case status message changed again saying
"On November 9, 2004, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."s
I initiated a status inquiry about 2 weeks ago... Is this because of the case status inquiry.
What does it mean?
Please help!!!
