Hi
I would like to alert all GC applicants who got
RFE on Medical form I-693. and who are about to take
Medical tests..
I made several complaints at several sites..
I don't have the permission to create a new post..
Could you please post this as a New post for me..??
ALERT ON MEDICAL RFE's
As part of my Immigration Status Adjustment , I was requested
to take medical test and immiunizations.
I went to an INS certified doctor HIEU T. NGUYEN , at Altamonte Springs , Orlando FL 32779.
Phone 407-788-8118.
He charged me $765.00 for my family and gave necessary immunizations intitally
and conducted tests. But in the reports he intentionally didn't check two results for which INS asked to endorse the results again.
The results of a serologic test(s) for HIV antibody and/or syphilis.
When I went to him for the endorsement he gave my wife another round of immunization vaccines and
charged another $165 though it is not required.
I strongly believe that he indulged in Medicare malpractic
