Hello Friends,
I tried for B1 twice and got rejected both the times.
Can I apply for L1 Visa?
What are the rules and fees for that?
Does the rejection of B1 makes any difference in getting L1?
Thanks in advance.
L1 is a temporary worker visa and your employer will file a petition for your L-1 visa- I am assuming that you have secured a job in the US already ?? There are cases with multiple rejections on B1/B2 but successful temporary worker visa issued. I would think your employers attorney should be able to better answer the possibility of rejection/success in your case.
