I had filled for my mother and she came here in year 2000 on green card base and She wasn't doing good in health condition so She went back to India before she went back to India I had applied for her two year stay permission and I got approval from INS and That call Reentry permit, Now reentry permit is expiring on february 2003 so I have question that " She can get more time extension on reentry permit from India or she had no choice to come back here before reentry permit expire?"
Please help me out, Time is runnig fast and I want to do some thing before I get any trouble.
