Important Interview Question

One of the more important visa interview question is -->

1. How long do you intend to stay in the US?
2. When do you intend to come back..etc...

What would be the best answer to such a question?
Any suggestions/experiences would really help?

It should not really matter much for H1 which is a DUAL intent visa ...
As such the consulate cannot deny your H1 based on the fact that you intend to immigrate to the US.

But yeah, "till the validity of H1" seems to be a reasonable answer.
 
Do you think, I should quote the date on the I797B, if asked or just say..that..I would like to work till the validity of my H1 visa expries?

The date on i797 makes more sense b/c once you are in US then you are legal to work till the date on i797.
 
I would keep the answer exactly as what is stated in the H1B approval status and nothing more. Keep it simple for the counselor.
