It is strange to see the cut-off date for the month of July 2003 for F4 being 22 March, 1990. While for the previous month(June 2003) the cut-off date was 08 July, 1991. How can the processing time go backward ? My case is in the Mumbai consulate since 05th June, 2003. All processing has been completed by the NVC. My priority date is 06th Feb, 1991. will there be a delay in my interview ?
