IMPORTANT : Emp. Letter Format For The People Who Have Been Issued RFE

Friends,
After reading the chat forum, decided to give you update on RE. I am sure most of the people are aware of it but let me write it again :
RE : Request For Evedince
Usually RE is required for following things.
1. Employment Letter
2. Latest pay stubs
3. Last 2 years earning

And here is the format I have got from my lawyer, which I think covers all required aspects.

Letter Format :

Honorable Paul E. Nova
SC Address
Re: Employment Verification of (Name)

Dear Mr. Nova:
This letter is to verify the intention to continue the employment of (NAME) as a I/I engg. under the terms and conditions set forth in his previously approved labor certification and immigration petition.

(NAME) has been employed with our company since (JOINING DATE). He/she will continue to perform job duties, which are described in his labor certi. at an annual salary (AMOUNT). We are pleased with his performance and would like to continue his/her employment contingent, ofcourse, upon approval by the INS.

Should you have any question / any other info. required regarding (NAME)\'s employment with our company please do not hesitateto contact me.

If the salary now is less than what was on the LC say about 7% less, what employer should say on REF letter. I think that The LC salary is for future job, the employer will pay you after you get green card.
I get a REF letters I don’t how my employer replies to INS. anyone have same problem.
