Hi Guys,
I saw a posting in TSC by Northcliffs. The content is pasted below.
My idea is why don\'t we do it for all Service Centers for all cases like 140, 485...etc.
UNITED WE STAND.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guys, this is what I posted a few days back. To make this happen, we need to make a class, ie lots of people. So come on people, read this, make your friends read this, and get people lined up. AILA/immi lawyers will not even touch it bec they do not want to get in the "wrong" with INS, but litigation or civil liberties lawyers will be more than happy.
I need responses and comments please!!

This I-140 delay is just nuts.
Soon Indians (in particular) will run out of immigrant-bloody-visa-numbers for this year and then we get to wait another year till next year\'s numbers roll around. That is if the company you work for doesn\'t go under before, or you don\'t get laid off before. Such impact on people\'s lives cannot be acceptable. Sending letters won\'t do anything.
How many people are interested in a class action lawsuit against TSC for I-140 processing delay? For those who don\'t know, a class action lawsuit is one that involved many people - like the tobacco suits. To be effective, we have to be a class.
The strategy is to get a good attorney and everyone in the class pays $100 as fee - with a 20,000 class, that\'s $2mil. The best attorneys in the country will fall over each other to take a case like that, and esp since it is clear that Nebraska is processing in 2 months!! What we want to ask for is that either pending cases be handed off to Nebraska, or officers be deputed to TSC from other centers - even 2 from each center will mean 6 actual adjudicators.
I mean this guys, now is the time. We can have the notice served on TSC in Texas in first week of Nov. Please post responses only under this thread - its too much work to scan all threads.
Thanks
