I work for a company "A" which got merged with a company "B". I hold H1 with company "A" but am getting paid by the second company after the merger. Does anybody know whether or not
there is a need for applying for an amendment to the H1B that I hold with company "A" in order to work with "B". The work description, pay and location of my job has not changed after the merger. Any information is really appreciated.
