CHECK YOUR CASE STATUS REGULARLY AND IF THERE IS AN RFE TRY TO CONTACT YOUR LAWYER AND SEE THAT YOU DO NOT MISS THE DEADLINE. HOPE YOU MAY SEE YOUR APPROVAL SOON

Thanks for your quick response Munna_Mobile.
Iam planning to check on the status while in India.
Issue is, if approved? will be there any hassle at the port of entry?
or if NOID is issued! 30 days would be time to respond .. right?
or for an RFE it is 90 days.. Iam assuming!

No hassle. You can reenter using AP.or

Approval while out of US

One of my friend and his spouse applications were approved when they were in India. He came back alone and got it stamped with no issues at all. His wife joined him 2 months later (on AP), got her PP stamped. In fact my friend even got the card (in less than 2 weeks) before his wife joined in.
This happened in 6 months ago. I do not see any issue if approved.

Also, it is better to have HOLD on your mail (instead of handing the keys to your friend / neighbour instead of putting HOLD, though it is better to do both), as you have proof for the delay in response for RFE.

I do not think USCIS will consider bad to be outside US. Normally every RFE has duration of 90 days.

Check status regularly and act accordingly.

In fact I am leaving to India for 4 weeks on Oct 7 and I already put the mail ON HOLD and passed on the mail keys to my neighbour (just in case scenario).
