Implications if address is changed to another state
right after "Passport" stamping.

Will there be a delay in recieving the proper "green card",
or any other complications.

VSC is processing plastic cards within 3-4 weeks. So plastic cards may go to your previous address. Plastic cards are printed somewhere in Kentucky. So I am not sure once the order goes out of INS they can correct it.

Better to wait till you get your plastic which does not take much time now a days.
