Dear gurus,
I had gone for interview and we were asked to submit dna evidence in RFE. We couldnt but wrote a leter stating our financial situation a the moment. We sent in our babys birthcertificate with the letter.
It has our names on it as parents. The baby was two days an in the hospital on the day of interview. It has been more than six months now, no acknowlegment of the letter we wrote was sent to us.
Moreover,I had earlier applied for GC with my first husband but stopped it because we divorced.

After two months of the interview with my current guy, they sent me a denial letter for the first I 485 I had applied. Is it possible that they had replied us by sending the denial letter for the first application?. I am just confused and I do not know what to do next. Someone advice me.

Can we still send in the DNA evidence since we can now afford it?. It costs $500 for the test. They provided a list of places to go get it.
We do not have an athoney at the time. How seriuos is my case?. Is there a chance that they will approve it since we have a child together.? Is there a law that upholds that ?.What if he is he is not the dad?. I cheated on him one time around the time I got pregnant. I have the belief that my husband is the father anyway but just incase....
I need urgent help!!!!!!!!   .

Karma is a bitch huh?

Divorced on the first try -
DNA test required on the second try?
Just dump him and get another sap, sorry I meant, husband.

Your missing the boat -
ALIMONY, CHILD SUPPORT - GET THE
GC THEN GET WELFARE.

Better luck next time.

GOD BLESS AMERICA

NO KIDDING  You do need urgent Help, no one on here can give you the kind of Help you need , unless a boot in the arse is considered therapy.

IMO Your "current Guy" or Husband, needs help, Help getting out of situation that will later bite him in the arse.

Well put,

You cheat on your husband, I hope he leaves your arse and you have to leave the country.

It's unfortunate ok, but....

Is this what you have to tell me? Does it mean I cant get help from anyone here?. We have no money for an athorney. Is there chances that CIS might grant me card because we both have a child together. Have you heard a similar case?. I need hopeful advice

There is a chance except I don't see any right now.
Try to see it from their point of view just for a second, ok ?

So, there comes this Lady with a USC husband trying to get GC based on marriage, stopps it because of divorce, remarries another USC and starts applying for GC again. By the time the interview comes she's having a baby except nobody really knows who the father is, not even the mother.
So USCIS asks for evidence, DNA in that matter, but the couple refuses to do so blaming it on financial situation. Yeah, right, that's the way we like it at USCIS. We call that lack of evidence and cooperation. Our usual reaction is NOA Denial Letter. It's that simple.

Is that by any chance how they might see it ? What do you expect ?
They simply don't believe that your marriage is bona fide. I can't blame them for that, to tell you the truth.

Get your facts together and even more important, your evidence. I can only guess, that your actual husband would appreciate to know whether he's the father or not.

Furthermore, in order to get the GC you probably need an additional sponsor who can file an Affidavit of Support. I detect you guys don't meet the financial requirements.

Get your facts together? Get your ACT together more like it!
YOU don't need GC and don't deserve GC, playing games with peoples lives so you can get GC and then rig your current guy for vaginamony, then take his arse for child support of the child that may not be his.

You should get NOA Denial Letter, if there is a GOD you will get NOA DENIEL LETTER

Your husband should file divorce papers and get out of a potential disaster,
USCIS Grant you a card because you have a child together?/ YOU DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THE FATHER IS.

help your self the rest of the USA and leave the country! You evil tripe!
