Impact to Pending GC petition (marriage to US citizen)

My situation is little complicated.

My family based GC petition (marriage to US citizen) is pending for more than 18 months. It is struck in FBI name clearance per followup 6 months ago through local senator office. My current EAD is valid for another six months.

What happens to the status of my GC application in case of separation?
What happens to my GC application in case my spouse applies for divorce?

Before answer your questions, you need to apply for EAD renewal.
In case of separation, nothing.
For marriage based cases less than 2 years you will received a conditional permanent residency and later on you must apply - together- for the removal of those conditions and submitt new evidence. In case of divorce you must submitt evidence that your marriage was bona fide even you are divorce now, but is possible.
