Impact on old TN status if I withdraw an approved new TN status

Hello,
My current TN status is valid till August ‘25. A change of employer petition was filed and I have received 797 notice of approval. Now I have changed my mind and want to stay with my current employer. Do I need to withdraw my new TN approval? I haven’t started working for the new employer. However the new TN has the same i94 number.

Please help, should I let my current employer immigration team know about this situation?

If your new TN has the same I-94 number, your old TN (for the old employer) is invalid. They have assigned the old I-94 number to the new employer. You need to fix this situation asap - by going to the border.
