Impact on green card if someone I sponsored overstays

Hi, I have a question.

My mother-in-law wants to overstay her visa. I wonder if there is any impact on my greencard, as I am her sponsor.

She is old and does not plan to come here again. I have extended her visa once. It is hard to get another extension.

Any input will be appreciated.
