Applied 485 on Aug 23rd \'01.
Lost my job on Oct 26th \'01, but my termination date was Nov 9th \'01 (2 weeks of severence pay). Got my EAD on Nov 8th and it is valid from Nov 5th \'01 to Nov 4th \'02. I have following questions:
1. Is this EAD valid only with my current company or Can I work for any company using this EAD??
2. Should I have to start GC processing from the beginning or Can I start from I140??
3. Can I skip labor certification, If I find a job with the same description and in same processing region (vermont)??
2. I have only 1 yr and 9 months left on my H1. Can I stay beyond 6 yrs??? or What stage in my GC processing should I finish to stay beyond 6 yrs???
