Hello Everyone, Was wondering if CongressMan, INS and all of you are in the same frequecy as I am.
We hear a lot of economy slowdown, Layoff .etc. all, the bottom line for economy to pickup is not GreenSpan but everyones ability to spend and pump money into economy, plus do productive work.
Now talking about Green Card waiters and Impact on economy here goes few ideas:
1. On an average about 1 Million Immigrants spend about 4 Hours a month, to track/file Green Card related stuff. Needless to say the wait time when you call Local INS. Taking an average of 60$/Hours on an consultant, USA has already lost 240 Million Dollars of Productive work.
2. A professional waiting on Green card/I485 Approval, will not risk in making significant investment in American Economy like Buying House .etc. Who knows what day he may be checked out. Say 250,000 Immigrants backup from Buying a house, cause of I485 Delays, The economy has already lost 62.5 Billion (taking an average cost of the House to be 250,000 UDS).
Bottom Line, "Whos IS AT LOSS AND RISK, WE OR AMERICAN ECONOMY"
