I noticed that last year the number of immigrant visas issued during Jan-March was about 500 less than the other months. My assumption is that this could be attributed to war in afghanistn. So, If there is a war in Feb-March against Iraq, i guess, it will slow down the CP process and it will throw off everybody's estimate of time of their interview. So, I would suggest everybody who are expecting interviews in or after march to be prepared for a delay of 1-3 months from their estimate. Also, people having interviews in Feb/march, try to book flights that doesnt go through Gulf countries; Then, you dont have to sweat.
