Did anybody of you did more analysis on this policy.

Impact of this new policy. I read in different threads that, whoever filed their Labor Certifications after 2002 need to wait for a long time for their I-485 approvals.

How this is going to effect for labor substitute cases ?

if your case is labor Sub. and filed in Jan 2004. and your 140 is approved. Do you think this new policy will effect your 485 approval?
 
Whatever is shown on your 140 approval notice under priority date column holds good for you. I am sure your date would be the original date of labor even if its a subsitute labor.

So you should be fine, if its below 1/1/02.
 
This Rule only applies to EB3 category right? I am under EB2. so this does not apply to me. Is that right.
