Impact of LUD Changed multiple times within 2 days

Hi Friends,

My RD is 12/4/2002. My LUD changed 3 times from june till now. First LUD change is on 6/25/2004. Then in 2nd week of July i got 2nd FP notification scheduled for 7/20. My wife gave 2nd FP and i am asked to come tomorrow because of an injury one of the fingers. But after my wife gave 2nd FP on 7/20/04 on both 7/21/04 and 7/22/04 the LUD changed with no message change.

What could be the reason behind this LUD changes? Does it mean any RFE? If it is RFE how many days later LUD changed RFE notification will be issued to immigration lawyer?

If it is not RFE what else could be the reason?

Well, obviously, no one can give you a concrete answer, because no one knows, but movement such as yours usually indicates either an RFE or, more possibly, approval very soon.

The pattern of LUDs changing several days in a row after FP2 has proven to be associated with these two things, so I sincerely hope approval is in the wings.

140 LUD - 11/07/2002 to 7/21/2004 again to 7/22/2004
485 LUD - xx/xx/2002 to 7/20/2004 again to 7/21/2004 again to 7/22/2004
My wifes 485 LUD from xx/xx/2002 to 6/21/2004 after FP2 sone on 6/12/2004
My 3rd EAD LUD - 4/28/2004 ND 4/27/2004 to 7/20/2004 (Card Ordered) to 7/21/2004 again to 7/23/2004 ( case approved).

I got 4 emails for card ordered for 3rd EAD 2 for mine and 2 for my wifes on 7/20/2004
Got again 4 emails for 3rd EAD approved on 7/23/2004 2 for me and 2 for my wifes EAD on 7/23/2004

AS OF NOW MY LUD'S ARE AS FOLLOWS:
140 - 7/22/2004
MY 485 - 7/22/2004
MY WIFES 485 - 6/21/2004
MY 3rd EAD - 7/23/2004
My WIFES 3rd EAD - 7/23/2004
