If the company has laid off employees but the LC application is Regular does it
get approved?
My application to SESA was made in September 2000, forwarded to UDSOL in
January 2001 and in all likelihood it wont be approved. If it was a regular application
it would have been approved by now unless the DOL treats both RIR and regular
applications in the same fashion.
Can someone please elaborate on this issue?
