Impact of labor rejection on current H-1

Dear All, for some reason, if labor (EB-3) gets rejected (say the DOL finds a few US citizens who qualify for the job description), does it have any impact on my H-1B and job? I don't think my company is obligated to hire those who qualified and chuck me out, right?
