My husband had a DUI misdemeanor in 2016 when he was pending in the 589, and he was granted asylee status by an immigration judge in 2022 without any questions about DUI issues. Now he is pending Form I-485, and he received a letter from the USCIS field office requesting him to submit the DUI misdemeanor court document and arrest report. Would this affect his green card application?
