How Driving record / Driver's Licence issues impact I-140/I-485 processing? Can anybody share their experiences / views?
 
I-140 - it doesn't
I-485 - it doesn't, UNLESS you did something truly screwed up (drunk driving, hit and run), but then, technically, it's a different story, as that would go under criminal record
