Does anybody know what the impact of the Comprehensive Immigration Reform will be on already concurrently filed cases?
I am hearing rumors that cases filed after May 21 (Date of introduction of bill in the Senate) will be forced to switch over to the New Points system IF (A very big IF at that) the bill passes.
