Hello Everyone:
I am starting this thread to find out your opinion on this. As VSC stopped processing I-140s between Sept 2000 and March 2001, and because many EB3-based approvals may not have been eligible to file 485s due to the PD backlog between Dec-April, obviously fewer than average employment-based I485s must have been filed during Jan-April, 2001.
Would you therefore hazard a guess after a month or two I485 Approval Dates could move faster than the current run rate?
For tracking purposes, please place a "yes" or a "No" to the Message Header, adding your thoughts in the main section. Thanks in advance.
