Hi
I will be ending my 6 years in Oct-05.I plan to work on my EAD & accept the full time offer from my client. Before I start working, I plan to apply for extension & get it. I will also get the H4 documents for my to be spouse (plans for marriage)
1) My question is with my approved H1 documents & H4 documents, what if I go to India & come back, will my wife get the H4 stamping if I am working on EAD here ?
2) While coming back from India, should I use my AP or should I use the newly approved H1B stamping?
Gurus any suggestions?
