I received this following info in an email from a friend.. Does anyone know anything abt this?
------------------------------
THIS IS A BROADCAST MESSAGE THAT APPLIES TO YOU ONLY IF YOU HAVE A LABOR CERTIFICATION PENDING, AND YOU RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICE THAT YOUR CASE WAS AUTOMATICALLY REMANDED BY DOL TO EDD.
Today we received further information from EDD regarding the automatic remands. EDD tells us that DOL is recalling all the cases that were formerly auto remanded to EDD due to worker availability, with the exception of those that only require a BS+0 years of experience. DOL will not reconsider the BS+0 cases. The estimate time frame for the return of the cases by EDD to DOL are:
Cases remanded to EDD in June will be returned to DOL by December 15th.
Cases remanded to EDD between July 1-10 will all be returned to DOL by January 1st.
Cases remanded after July 10th haven't been logged in yet at EDD, but EDD hopes to have them all back to DOL by April 1st.
