1) If you have NO immunization records in the U.S.(because they are abroad and in a non English language) do you have to indure all the shots in the list?
I will have them translated and mailed to me, but it will probably take time, and I want to prepare my paperwork for the I-485, while still waiting for the I-140 approval (which should... be "just around the corner" as they say).
2) The medical examination results have to be submitted WITH the I-485 application right?
3) I recieved my 7th year H1-B extension last week. I can travel with it,
before and after I get a Notification Date(ND) for the I-485 without waiting for an Advance Parole (AP) approval? The AP application does not negate the H1-B extension, right?
