Immunization record in I-693

I have no record of immunizations and dont know what I had before. I would like to take all of the immunizations required by form I-693 for I-485 filing. Could you please inform me what are the immunization I have to take? I see DTP, OPV, MMR, Td in the form I-693. Do I have to take all of them?

Anybody has the similar experiences, please post.

You need to take all

You need to take all the required shots. Talk to the INS Doctor. If you miss any shot, you may get notice from INS.

See the INS approved Doctor

The doctor will update you with all the shots. Generally they will test you for HIV and TB (they will X-ray you anyway, so be prepared for it) and most likely give you the DTP and the MMR shots.
