i do filled an immigrant visa petition (I-140). Meanwhile i want to apply for B1/B2 to travel to US for a couple of weeks, hence i should answer "YES" on question #36 in DS-156 (Has anyone ever filled an immigration visa petition on your behalf?). My question is: will my application B1/B2 certainly be denied, or it might be approved in spite of i have filled the immigrant visa petition?
