Hello Everyone, My name is Mohammad and i am married to a US citizen, my case is alittle bit long so please if anyone want to help, expect a long reading ;) :p

I already applied for the immigration visa and i am now at the stage of waiting the appointment date, which i expect to be 2 months at max from today.

my problem is: after making a long and deep research of what to expect and not to expect in the interview and in a way i found my case a weak one, and thats why i will illustrate on details so i may get any help from any similar case.

on 2011 my cousin invited me to visit her in michigan and i accepted the invite and i got my B1/B2 VISA and then she told me i should introduce you to some people who share the same family name, and there i met my wife, she lives in california but was on a visit to michigan, we got along for few days and then she insisted that i visit them in california and i accepted the invite, thanks to disney land as i spent a full day with her and i got attached to that girl she was so ammazing and i just liked her, thats after like 2 weeks of meeting, and as we have a very conservative community and specialy her family, we cant simply date so i had to go through her family first, and thats what really happind, and we got along, but as i had to leave the country it was a very short stay , when i got back to my country, after 20 days, i called her telling her i just cant live without you and she had to come to lebanon and at that time we got married and spent an ammazing 4 months together, but the first few weeks she decided that i cant live for good in lebanon and therefore she insisted that i should go live in the states with her, here comes the problems that i think i will face , and thats why i had to illustrate on our meeting and marriage so i can get your honest opinions

1-i am 24 years old only, i freshly graduated from university in a bachelor degree this means i dont own anything except for my car, although i have wilthy parents :D but i used to work unofficial jobs like buying-selling cars, mobile phones etc.. also as a free lenser in photography and video editing, so nothing of them can have a reference, my parents coverd my university study, and i coverd my personal expenses and bought my car from my savings.

the problem in the above point is that i dont have any shared financial assets with my wife, i didnt even knew that i should do that, it wasnt hard to change the owner name of my car to be shared with my wife! also my bank account, no one told me that it would help, so i am stuck !

2-photos: i am a type of a person who doesnt like to engage in any type of pictures and rarely i do have a picture for my self, and my social pages like facebook can evidence on this, altho we took few photos when we got out to some ancient places, and a wedding of our friend, and also when we made a small party for our marriage we took few photos in a digital studio, we are more of a lazy type we dont like to hang around much, and also money plays a role :S :S and also 4 months were not enough to go out and take photos. if i knew photos will make that big of a deal i could have spent 1 week with her just taking photos!

to add up to my case, we stayed at my parents house, for sure alone but its owned by my parents, and when i go to california i will live at her parents house untill i settle down and get my own house, my financial sponsor is my father in law, now can anyone tell me what i should expect from the officer at time of interview, what are the strong points to my case and weak points, thats a big tension as we have been waiting along to get together you know guys :D

Yeah that was a long read! One strong point is her coming to visit you for FOUR months in Lebanon. Considering your circumstances, you do have to get more than two photos together. I mean she visited you for four months in Lebanon etc. But honestly even if you don't have many joint documents, if you can show the kind of enthusiasm you displayed by writing this piece, any reasonable officer will see that it must be genuine. And after all you're a student and a young couple. You realistically might not have as much documents as others.

You have a strong case compared to most people who apply through a consulate. Her spending 4 months in Lebanon is a strong help to your case -- I hope she has a passport stamp from Lebanon and/or the boarding passes from the flights to and from Lebanon. Bring your wife's US passport to the interview; if you don't already have it, she should send it to you by a private courier such as Fedex or DHL -- it should NOT be sent by the postal service.

They don't expect 100 photos; even if you had 100 they would ignore most of them anyway. 5 to 10 photos is sufficient, and it seems like you have that. The photos of the two of you together at recognizable ancient places would be very valuable. Ones or two from your friend's wedding would also help, if there are other people in the pictures.

Don't worry about not having a joint bank account and that kind of thing; they don't expect you to have that when you're living apart in separate countries.
