Immigration Visa expired, what should I do ?

Hi All

First of all, I am new to this forum.... I looking for advise/help..

I got Immigration visa to Canada under skills professional.... I got stamped on Dec 2003 (NY), They gave me up to April 2004 to land in Canada. But beacause of various reasons, I could not land in Canada with in stipulated time...

Right now I am in USA. about to expire my 6 year H1B..

I would to like have immigration to Canada now.., what should I do ?

You advise is appreciated in advance...

thanks

Well...perhaps not all over again...yes..you will have to re-apply but I am not so sure if you need to fill out all the form, do the medicals and the PCC/FBI clearances all over again...

I think you definitely will have to re-apply by paying the application fees and if you are serious this time around (being as you maybe perhaps at the mercy of USCIS), then the ROLF fees as welll...

Sorry you will have to apply all over again. What really surprises me is that if you were in USA why did you not land in Canada? All you had to do is go to the border (on a weekend), say you are landing, complete the formality and come back to US the same day.

You made a huge blunder and now you will have to go through the whole process again. It takes 20 to 29 months to complete the process these days.
