Search for Indian or chinese photographers. First I took them at Ritz, face size did not match. Wolf Camera too did not match. I went to chinese guy, who did a good job.
Do not go to BCIS recommended studio, they will be very expensive.
One caution, before you choose a photographer and pay him, first find out how is he going to take the pictures. If the photographer is going to hold the camera in hand without a stand, you will be wasting time....
Good suggestion!! And thanks to all of you for your prompt advice.

They have the specs for immigration photos and charge 7.99 (6.99 with coupon) and give you 16 photos. They will redo them if it not as per the spec. It is instant and you can even preview before printing. My EAD/AP came through fine.
I got mine done at CVS once and once at Walgreens, I asked for a digital camera photographs. It ensures that you have multiple copies of the photographs with you (16 on a sheet). This becomes very handy when you're applying for EAD / AP renewal. This is the cheapest too (only 7.99 per sheet)
