Hi,
My wife is a derivative beneficiary for our 485 filing and is currently working on 485 based EAD.
What is her current immigration status? We need to answer this question on Form I-765 question 15 to renew her EAD.
Also, do we need to submit Signature Card for applying EAD renewal at service center?
