Immigration Statistics as Released on 04/30/2004

U.S. CIS has just released the immigration statistics, including immigration petitions/applications processing records as of March 31, 2004 as compared to March 31, 2003. The denial rate remains 38% higher in March 2004 over March 2003, but unlike previous months statistics, approval rate has also gone up substantially owing to reduction of new receipts and increase of total adjudications.
