RE: Petition for EB I-485 Backlog Reduction by ImmigrationPortal.Com

Dear Director Don Neufeld;

(sample statement)
Could you please take attached our petition into your consideration, especially allocate reasonable number of officers to adjudicate only Employment Based I-485 cases, so that the backlog of EB I-485 would not grow more than the current level ?

Best regards,

Subject: Allocate Fifteen Adjudicators Dedicated to Employment Based I-485 at the CSC

Among the major applications at the CSC, only the Employment based I-485 backlog has been significantly growing.
This is the discrimination by the U.S. Goverment against EB I-485 applicants.
Please allocate at least fifteen adjudicators dedicated to EB I-485 at the CSC as soon as possible.
