This is the direct e-mail to BCIS

Everyone in their own words request them and make them understand what people are going through due to their slow processing.

I encourage everyone to send e-mail to

Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov

Also,I encourage everyone to send snail mail to TSC CUSTOMER FEEDBACK.

CIS Customer Feedback:

Whining in this forum won't help us, so act immediately and send mails. Also reply in this thread after forwarding mail, that will encourage everyone here.

How far are we in taking USCIS to court. I read you were talking to attorneys. Please update me. Thanks

i agree

i did send the mail. you just need to tell them even about comparitives instead of giving your specifics if you guys are afraid. Please send the mail and let the inbox be filled regards:D

Done, both email and letter sent!

I encourage everyone to send the email and the letter. As Edison has mentioned we need to act instead of just whining here.

I send email and also snail mail. For the email I got a response in 15 minutes. The content was nothing but the case status what we see on the online case status.

Iam sure the reply was not automated since the title and the email text before the status had lot of spelling mistakes.
