Hello everyone, I got married last year to my wife, and am graduating this December from college. And am about to start with immigration process to become a permanent residence, we have apartment and stay together. I would like to know what necessary information i will need to start this process, because for now i don't have health insurance is that part of the criteria. Please enlighten me with all this information.

Health insurance has nothing to do with it. You have to prove that your marriage is real and provide documentation for it.
 
I have a question while filling my I-765 Employment Authorization form, on number 16 Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a. 12. What categories did i fall on, since am married in United State to a citizen. Any help please

Not sure what you mean by the 90 days of entry...

From page 5 of I-765 instructions see part 7 sub-section A. Adjustment Applicant. It says you fall under the category (c) (9).
Your F-1 visa is automatically lost the moment your AOS application is on file.
