Immigration Process

I am getting married to my lovely wife in Mexico in April of this year. I hear I will have to file a I-130 to bring her to the US and then a K3 visa. I was told to go with the I-130 for the k3 is taking as long if not longer at the current moment.

Any advice on how I could get here faster and how long will each of the diffrent routes take??????????????
