Hi,
any ideas on how the upcoming immigration law reform will impact people currently working on H1-B and trying to obtain a labor certification?
It seems to me that this has been forgotten in the discussions that are going on. An illegal immigrant may have a greater chance of obtaining a green card than a legal applicant stuck trying to obtain labor certification.
It really sucks. How can it be that a person sneaking over the border illegally can have a bigger chance of getting green card than a H1-B worker that has lawfully worked and paid taxes for years?
