* Two mysteries of NSC telephone messages during the weekend. People must have noticed that starting from Friday evening, the NSC phone kept sending out a busy signal all weekend long and when the phone started working again late Sunday evening, I-140 file status message was "That File Cannot Be Located!" The NSC information officer explained Monday morning that there was a computer glitch and that the NSC was working on it. Hmmmm........... It did not sound too convincing. What do you think, readers? We'll find out sooner or later.
