I am in Nepal right now and I am planning to enter US in Tourist Visa in a couple of months. Further, I want to change my tourist visa to an F-1 visa once I reach US. I got rejected twice last year when I applied for F-1 while in Nepal, so I don?t want to take any chance this year. Are there any possibilities for me to do that? Please advice me! I would really appreciate any kind of help.....
