I filed I-485 recently and did not receive any courtesy copy receipts from Texas INS. But my lawyer received one set of receipts and sent me the Xerox copies. Can any one tell me what went wrong? Why didn\'t I receive any receipts? Is it normal? How can I correct it? Is there any one with same experience?

I appreciate your help.

Relax!! I filed I-140 myself and got receipt myself. I filed I-485 through lawyer along with EAD and

Thanks. I talked to IIO. He says the address is correct. He doesn\'t know why I haven\'t received my receipts.
The good news he told me is - INS ordered for our finger prints. I forgot to ask when did the INS ordered?
Did you get your FP done? What is your position now?

Hi Chen Li: No, we have not had any fingerprint notices. We got our AP\'s last week but nothing else

The reason for calling - INS made some typos in my name. IIO corrected them for me.

My RD/ND 02/20/02 and 02/22/02 EB3

My RD/ND is 02.11.2002 and EB2. I haven\'t recieved any FP notice so far, but I got AP. Is location matters?? I live in Nashville, TN. Are there any people waiting for FP in TN??

By the way, where you located Chen??
