My PD is Jul 2003, EB3 India. I have changed my employers twice after filing my 485 in Jul 2004. Those two employers filed the AC21 letter with USCIS. Now I am thinking of filing under EB2. Is this a good idea in my situation? Does AC21 create any complications?
I was able to file my 485 but my wife's 485 wasn't filed which would need to be filed. Would I need to file a new 485 in case I decide to use EB2(I know that I would need to file a new LC, 140)
