im very new member just got this very imformative forum, Thanks very much http://www.immigrationportal.com,
Actually i have a query n want to know some information about my process, the status of case is, my wife's uncle filled for my Affidavite of support I-864 in corporate with my wife, while NVC made some objection and need some more document about my uncle's wife means my aunty...something documet releted to her job.
I wanna know if any body have experience like same my case, how long it will take NVC to process my case and send my file to my home country, Islamabad Embassy after objection is made by my uncle, and how long more Islamabad embbasy will take to process my case and send me interview dates and etc, i want all timeline approx, while my wife is in NY and waiting for me, n we both are suffering.

Your Information is not enough

Hi Your informtaion is not enough. Also your aunti can't fiiled petition on the behalf of your's. US Immigration doesn't allow any uncle or aunti sponser. If your wife is in NY. and if she is citizen then she can sponser you and all process would be 10 months to 12 months. Post your all information so I can help you

Dear Ali,
Me n my wife got marry in August 2004, my wife is citizen of US n im from Pak. My wife applied for me in Sep n by Oct we got approved from USCIS and case forwarded to NVC, then NVC send some letters to my wife in NY and me in Pak, about fees and some form. Now status is thats my wife send affidavite of support for me with uncle as joint! while my wife is student n not doing job. Now status is thats NVC made objection on affidavite they want more information about uncle;s wife, if she is doing job or not, while his i mean uncle is working very good and have poverty line more then enough NVC required.
Uncle is going to send document very soon, i wanna wanna know about next step when NVC will approved my application while they r dealing with my affidavite of support since last 2 months, can u tell me when they r going to send my application or file in Pakitan and how the Islamabad Embassy will deal with my case, how long they will take and what the procedure they will do...! n what i need to do to make it fast. Becouse me n wife is suffering.

Don't you worry about you and your wife will be fine. As I sent you a couple of message but now I am posting here as well. you are in good position and as fast your uncle will send his document to NVC you will be notify for your next step. Have a faith and wait for some a couple of months. You'll be gone to US one day and it would be this year but God knows better.
